Therapet Carrie plays Sandy in Annie the Musical

Monklands Light Opera, based in Airdrie, North Lanarkshire are putting on a production of the musical Annie this November. They requested through Canine Concern Scotland Trust a dog that would be suitable to work with children and be available to play the part of Sandy in two of their four shows. (7th-9th November)
Remembering that Sandy was a big shaggy dog I thought of Carrie. Carrie works in many schools throughout North Lanarkshire covering Primary, Secondary and Special Needs as well as participating in Phobia work with young children.
Feeling nervous but very excited, last night we went along to meet the very talented young girl who will be playing Annie alongside Carrie. As soon as Ruby saw Carrie it was love at first sight and the bond was made. Rehearsals will begin properly in August.
"All monies raised in the intervals will go towards the Canine Concern Scotland Trust Charity and Carrie will be on hand for a meet and greet session"
UPDATE
Christine was pleased to announce that the sum of £267.19 has been collected.
Well done Therapet Carrie and many thanks to Monklands Light Opera for the donation to CCST
